Cucumber Apple Mint Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup mint leaf (10 g)
  • 1 green apple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • 1 ½ cups ice (210 g)

Preparation: 

  1. Place the cucumber, mint, apple, honey, and avocado in a blender or food processor and blend until just combined.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups strawberry, sliced (300 g)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups milk, of choice (360 mL)
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt (285 g)
  • Ice (optional)

Preparation:

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ½ cups water, or yogurt or milk of choice (350 mL)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (60 g)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 2 bananas, frozen
