Frozen Fruit Yogurt

Enjoy the easy home-made ice creamy frozen yogurt during summer season.

Frozen Fruit Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1 kg

Banana & Peanut Butter:

  • Banana frozen 1 & ½ Cup
  • Peanut butter 1/4 Cup
  • Hung yogurt ½ Cup
  • Brown sugar powdered 1 tablespoon or to taste

Mango Frozen Yogurt:

  • Mango frozen 1 & ½ Cup
  • Hung yogurt ½ Cup
  • Honey 2 tablespoons or to taste
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 teaspoon

Peach Frozen Yogurt:

  • Peaches frozen 1 & ½ Cup
  • Hung yogurt ½ Cup Brown sugar powdered 1 tablespoon or to taste
  • Cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon

Preparations:

  1. In bowl, place strainer, cotton/cheese cloth, add yogurt and bring the four edges of the cotton/cheese cloth together and tie the knot tightly, hang overnight or minimum 6-8 hours.

Banana & Peanut Butter:

  1. In blender, add frozen banana, peanut butter, hanged yogurt, brown sugar and blend until smooth.
  2. In container, add blended mixture, cover with cling film and lid and freeze for 8-10 hours in freezer.

Mango Frozen Yogurt: 

  1. In blender, add frozen mango, hanged yogurt, honey, vanilla essence and blend until smooth.
  2. In container, add blended mixture, cover with cling film and lid and freeze for 8-10 hours in freezer.

Peach Frozen Yogurt:

  1. In blender, add frozen peaches, hanged yogurt, brown sugar, cinnamon powder and blend until smooth.
  2. In container, add blended mixture, cover with cling film and lid and freeze for 8-10 hours in freezer.

Serve and enjoy the frozen fruit yogurt.
