Grewia and Pineapple Popsicle

Ingredients: 

  • Grewia 1 Cup
  • Pineapple juice 1 Cup
  • Honey 2-3 tablespoons or to taste
  • Pineapple chunks

Preparation:

  1. In blender jar, add grewia, pineapple juice, honey and blend to make a puree then strain well with the help of the strainer and set aside.
  2. In ice pop molds, add pineapple chunks and pour prepared puree and place pineapple chunks and freeze for 8 hours or until solid.

Watermelon and Kiwi Popsicle

Ingredients: 

  • Watermelon 1 Cup
  • Kiwi ½ Cup
  • Honey 2-3 tablespoons or to taste
  • Kiwi slices

Preparation:

  1. In blender jar, add watermelon and blend to make a puree then strain well with the help of the strainer and take out in a bowl.
  2. In blender jar, add kiwi and blend to make a puree.
  3. In bowl, add pureed kiwi, honey and mix well.
  4. In ice pop molds, add kiwi slices and pour prepared puree and place kiwi slices and freeze for 8 hours or until solid.
