A date is full of nutrition. One date is enough to give you energy and required minerals till your next meal
- 1 cup Dates (seedless)
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- Ice cubes as required
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream (optional)
- In a blender, add dates, half of the milk (to blend the dates well), cardamom, cinnamon and blender it well together.
- Then add remaining milk and ice cubes. Add well again.
- Pour milkshake in a glass and add vanilla ice cream for a different yet unique flavor.
- Serve chilled
