Date Milkshake

A date is full of nutrition. One date is enough to give you energy and required minerals till your next meal

Date Milkshake


  • 1 cup Dates (seedless)
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • Ice cubes as required
  • 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream (optional)


  1. In a blender, add dates, half of the milk (to blend the dates well), cardamom, cinnamon and blender it well together.
  2. Then add remaining milk and ice cubes. Add well again.
  3. Pour milkshake in a glass and add vanilla ice cream for a different yet unique flavor.
  4. Serve chilled
